Was very excited to try this product, with its low EWG rating (1), high SPF rating (for a lip balm), 100% mineral sunscreen content, and reasonable price per unit (compared to similar products), but it unfortunately didn’t wow me. The lip balm is thick and does leave a white cast (as mineral sunscreens should), but it’s not nearly as bad as other reviewers have made it out to be and not why I docked stars. The smell, on the other hand, is VERY strong and off-putting. You should make sure you really like the scent of hemp seed oil — or at least can stand it lingering on your lips — before you buy this. I can’t stand having this on my lips but, because I hate wasting product, will likely use this as a portable stick sunscreen until it runs out, after which I will not be re-purchasing.

Not as good. Seems the formula has changed. This is not the white zinc oxide I have been buying for years. Feels like chapstick. Does not coat my lips. Is the original still available? If not time to find another brand. I use this for sun protection not as a cosmetic.

Love this product, but the picture clearly show 3 tubes, and the description says 1. I assumed it was one package of 3, but only 1 tube was delivered. The ad for this product must be changed. I am giving 3 stars because of the add.

This lipbalm smells nice thanks to its natural ingredients, and I'm confident that it will block harmful rays from the sun. But it left a terrible white cast on my lips, so I won't continue using it.

This product is great - works well, keeps lips feeling good, and adds sun protection - which is important. This is now the only lip I use. It lost 1/2 star (but that’s not an option) only because you need to take a little extra care to make sure it is rubbed in well so there are no white blotches - but this is a very minor issue.
