THE NORTH FACE Men's Etip Gloves - 1 Pair

High quality product. Warm good grip, and you use your phone without taking them off. But the sensor is at the very tip and is unmarked so don’t press too hard with your fingertip, just do exactly as you would if you didn’t have gloves on and it works perfectly.

Brought for my husband, he says they are a good pair of gloves , he highly recommends them.

My husband suffers from cold hands and wanted gloves to keep his hands warm but he needed to be able to use his hands therefore thick gloves were no use! These gloves are warm yet thin enough to be able to do things whilst wearing them. Good buy.

My husband bought these for me to use when driving. They are a great fit, comfortable and warm, considering they're pretty thin, but the HUGE NORTH FACE logo is so BIG! its distracting when I'm driving! Feel like they're aimed at young teens who love their logos! I'm not a walking billboard advert....Perhaps if they'd printed it in black on the black fabric, that would be more subtle and a bit more classy. I haven't checked whether there is an alternative. Bought myself some black leather gloves instead.

Not the colour advertised, darker grey, if you are expecting a light grey, you won't get it but the gloves are good quality. If you want waterproof gloves these aren't what you want, if you want nice looking gloves they are.

Great gloves

I bought these gloves at the start of the winter season (November 2025) with high expectations. The North Face is usually a brand I trust for durability and outdoor performance, and I specifically chose the Etip model so I wouldn't have to take my gloves off to use my phone or GPS in the cold. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major letdown. The Main Issue: The primary selling point—the Etip functionality—has completely stopped working. Initially, the fingertips were responsive and worked well with my touchscreen. However, barely three months into owning them (it is now February 2026), the conductive tips have lost all sensitivity. I find myself having to take the gloves off constantly to answer calls or change songs, which defeats the entire purpose of buying "tech-compatible" gloves. Quality Concerns: For a premium price point, I expected these to last more than a single partial season. I haven't used them for heavy labour or extreme sports—just standard commuting and dog walking. The fabric on the fingertips seems to have worn smooth or lost its conductive coating far too quickly.

Had the previous generation of these gloves that fit great. These run about a size small and the threadline runs right across the knuckles. Ordered a second pair one size up and was happy. Fixed the issue of going over the knuckles and easier to get on/off. Works well with touchscreens. Not for very cold weather, but a good every day glove and thin enough to retain some dexterity.
