The "hinge stickers" will fail if you follow the instructions as written, at least for a 15" screen.
Update:Megoo did get in touch with me to send me a replacement. I was able to successfully apply the second one, but only after using every hinge sticker from both the first and second screen protectors to keep the screen protector in place when flipping it over for the hinge method. The oleophobic coating just does not want to let those stickers stay in place. For people who are trying to install one of these with only the stickers they provide you, I'd recommend using the wider "lifting sticker" as an additional hinge in the very center of the side you are trying to hold in place. Then if you aren't comfortable holding the edge with your hand to flip it back over after pulling off the protective film from the adhesive, reuse the blue dust removal sticker as the lifting sticker instead. If you are very careful and make very sure that each hinge sticker is as firmly secured as they are going to get before flipping it over, that method might stand a decent chance of working as instructed. Thanks to Megoo sending me a replacement and the final quality of the protector once it was eventually applied successfully, I will be increasing the rating on my review up to 4 stars. If they ever include stickers that are larger, hold better to the oleophobic coating, or just include an extra sheet of two more hinge stickers, then it might be worth five stars.(In case they do fix the sticker problem later by adding more stickers, the current total at the time of this review is 4 narrow hinge stickers, one wide "lifting sticker", and one wide blue dust removal sticker.)Maybe the method as written works fine for a smaller screen protector on a smaller device, but not for a 15" screen protector.---Original Review:It's always going to be a bit tricky to apply a screen protector of this size unless you have a laboratory style clean room as these things tend to be magnets for dust and lint. When the method of installing it as outlined in the instructions completely fails though, that will dial your problems up to 11.In my case, the "hinge stickers" completely let go of the screen protector when I flipped it down onto the screen after pulling off the protective film. This happened even though I had been careful to press down on those stickers to make sure they were attached as well as I could get them to, but the oleophobic coating on the screen protector itself was too slick for the stickers to hold onto.As a result, the screen protector fell down at a drastically incorrect angle and had to be pried back up for me to try again. In the process, all sorts of dust and other debris somehow got stuck to the adhesive coating on the screen protector itself. Since the debris wasn't just on the laptop screen, pulling it back up and re-cleaning the screen wasn't enough. The only saving grace is that I discovered that the hinge stickers and lifting sticker were using the same adhesive as the blue dust lifting sticker, and that they could all pry the dust out of the screen protector's adhesive coating. If it weren't for that I would have given a one star rating.Even so, by this time the screen protector seemed to have become static charged after so much handling, and every other time I lifted it up to pull out another piece of dust, a new one would sneak in somewhere else. My environment isn't that dusty, so this was more than just random happenstance. Overall it took me well over an hour and using up all of the stickers provided in the set to clear out al of the dust and get a clean installation.Unfortunately, because I had to lift the screen protector up by the corners over and over again to repeatedly clean and re-apply one edge of the screen or another, all of the corners are not slightly bent up. Three of the corners I was eventually able to get to stay stuck back down, but the fourth corner refuses to budge. So now I have a permanent bubble that refuses to seal back up on that corner, and it is almost an inch on each side.I'll be asking for a refund or a replacement to try again.

Super durable, great customer service
I've had this screen protector on my laptop since 2020 and it's done its job WELL. It has JUST started cracking after over 3 years of consistent use, and the screen underneath is still like new! I also use a surface pen to take notes and it's still quite responsive with the screen protector. I just emailed their customer service Friday to get a replacement screen protector, and they responded in less than 24 hours and honored their lifetime replacement guarantee (They did require me to leave this review to get the replacement, though they didn't require that it be positive so the positive impression is my own).Highly recommend!

great customer service
The product is a bit daunting when you first get it and it seems complicated with different wipes and stickers... but it's really not that difficult to apply and once it goes on, it's perfect. The steaming up the room worked wonderfully (I should remember that for my other products), the wipes and instructions made complete sense.I had an issue with touch screen sensitivity though. It was not registering my touch very well, very intermittent, holding down more pressure, holding down on the screen for longer... nothing worked. I ran diagnostics, no problems there. No issues with stylus either. Looks like these covers sometimes do this with some people... and if you touch the case of the screen with your other hand the touch works better. Well, even that didn't work well. It basically rendered the screen protector useless because the only reason for it was so I could use it as a tablet (surface book 3).I asked for a refund. Megoo offered a replacement instead to try. They were extremely helpful and incredibly responsive. The entire process was just so easy despite my frustrations. The replacement works much better. I do still have some issues with touch but as long as I am touching the case at the same time, it is barely noticeable. It is definitely a quirk I can work around and live with.

Don't be like me, please read this....
Overall, I think the product is quality. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Do NOT be like me and try to do it your own way. Please don't make fun of my stupidity as I'm trying to be honest and prevent someone else from having the same problems I did. I had to buy FIVE of these before I got it right. That's on me. USE THE LIFT AND GUIDE STICKERS. This thing has to be on there PERFECTLY if you don't want air/dust bubbles. I used mine for the Surface Book 3. My biggest issue was finding a room with little to no dust. I had to do this in the bathroom after running a hot shower with steam, turned off all fans and AC in the house and prayed. I had the biggest problem with keeping dust off the screen of the SB 3 and after peeling the sticky cover off of the screen protector, getting it on correctly without getting any dust on either the sticky side or the screen itself. I was continually wiping with the microfiber cloth and praying it would work. Using the lift sticker to lay it down helped the most. I hope you have an easier time than I did. This is more of a review on how to install it correctly than the product itself. Once you actually get the product on perfectly and push out all the air bubbles, you'll be good to go. Best of luck (and hopefully you don't spend over $100 like me, the idiot ;)) to try to install five of these things. If you find a room that doesn't have dust in your house, please let me know. :) Enjoy a great product once it's installed correctly!
