It’s a very good bread flour. It increases the chance of success! Watch the date though, it’s not as effective after it expires.

Flour bag was ripped open inside of secondary bubble wrap bag upon opening AND THE EXPIRATION DATE WAS 6 MONTHS AGO!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 After paying $22 for a small bag roughly 3 lbs.

First, my friends laughed in Canada when they found out how much I paid for it ,then it had a bad expiration date on it. By the time I use it, it will expire.

Sooo disappointed! Flour cannot be returned and flour bag tore and is strewn throughout the secondary bubble wrap.Be wary. I paid over $15 for this useless product, abd will never buy this product again!! I'm so angry!!
