This is not a long-term toy that your toddler is going to want to keep going back to play with (at least it wasn't for mine). It kept her busy on an international plane ride and a 2 week vacation --- along with other toys of course. She was only 2.5 at the time and really couldn't use the wikki stix like the book's pictures, but she still had fun sticking them in different positions throughout the book. If your child is older, they might appreciate the book more. Otherwise, for toddlers, you can get the wiki stix at dollar stores for cheaper and just use any old hard page book (so no page ripping) --- it could be just as fun. I liked this purchase because the price was reasonable and it is a really cute hard page book that came with colored wikki stix.

Very cool set. My niece had been asking for these wikki stix for months and I finally found them on here. The book makes it a much better set than just the boxed wikki stix alone. Every page of the book shows the child different shapes and images and they are to make the shapes and put the wikki stix onto the page. They stick right to the pages of the durable little book. Very cool book. Highly recommend.

We love wikki sticks, open ended, quiet, imaginative play and they're so portable. This board book will hold up to any kid. The wikki sticks let them be imaginative or they can use the book designs for inspiration. I just wish the book had a pocket to store the wikki sticks in once opened. And some of the designs in the book are a little hard for the younger crowd, something to consider if your child doesn't handle frustration well. On the flip side this makes it still interesting for the older kids.

I bought this Wikki Stix book for my 2 1/2 year old grandson before a long car trip. He had a lot of fun playing with them along the way. While he's too young yet to accurately place the stix where they are intended to go inside the book, he still loved sticking them everyone and making shapes with them. They have a lot of play value with the various colors and the ability to make shapes, then later when he's older, he can put them on the pages where they belong.

Definitely more beneficial for school age children who can read. Didn’t contain as many fun prompts as indicated.

I am a teacher who has used wikki sticks in the past. Using them with the book is fun for a child while constrained in a car seat or a plane.Good for a restaurant also. The wax coated pieces of yarn can be kept in your purse or pocket and brought out when needed. They are great for many ages. My 18 month old grandson like to play with them in the car.

I wasn't sure about this product at first, but upon receiving it and and playing with it with my 3 year old, it is amazing. Great for the imagination and fine motor skills. She loves it and I can tell we will get a lot of use out of it!!

I had hoped these would keep my two girls (ages almost 3 and 5) busy on a long car trip. They didn't really seem to like them though! They used them a little, but they were quickly thrown to the side, where they were coated in crumbs, dust, and other "car dirt" from the long trip. They were tossed in the garbage shortly after!
