Very pleased!
We purchased this for a total remodel of our second master bath. It's a very streamlined and non-fussy design. The fixed rain shower head is quite large and feels so wonderful and relaxing with the water streaming out. The controls are very simple--the left knob controls whether the water comes out of the handheld or the rain shower head...or, is off completely. A knob on the right side of the unit controls the water temperature. At our house, it's set it and forget it. A button on the handheld offers three choices of shower: a soft rain-like shower, a more intense shower (great for rinsing conditioner out of thick hair), or massaging streams, which can be directed onto aching muscles. We did a little variation with the installation: Instead of a fixed mount on the wall for the handheld, we purchased a wall bar separately. While there are a number of shower packages that include the wall bar as standard, we didn't see any that we liked as much as this design, which didn't include the wall bar. Mounting the handheld on the wall bar allows the shower head to be positioned vertically--very adaptable for different heights and useful for when one of the pups is due for a spa treatment. :-) One note--Hans Grohe is good stuff, but some of the parts (i.e., the handheld shower body) are plastic, so be aware.

Best shower I ever had!
I just love my new shower. It looks and works great. I am not a small guy and the rain shower head produces I nice spray that is large enough to cover me from one shoulder to the other. It feels great. Switching to the hand shower is simple and also produces great shower patterns. The parts are well made and install easily.

Love this shower system
Love this shower system! I looked high and low and this is the best system and at an amazing price here on Amazon!! I love the thermostatic feature, no more playing with temperatures and the rain shower and hand showers are amazing. It has a lifetime guarantee thru Hansgrohe.

Worth the money
no more fumbling to find the correct temperature. Set it an it stays. Love the shower head but really love the hand held. Both feels like pure luxury, which it should for the price.

stupid
you couldn't find specific recommendations on how to clean the showerhead, even of your life depended on it. Only the multilanguage messages to use proper chemicals. This must be a german thing...

Came in broken box and missed some parts 😡😡😡
Paid $1413,95 and get it in broken box, with scratches and missed some parts shower. Where unfair. But already have an appointment with plumber to install it.

expensive but the best shower system I've experienced. better than many high-end hotels. worth the splurge if you've got a decent budget to upgrade your bathroom.
