Is the truck already built or does it come in peices to be built?

It depends on your location. I am in AZ, and most of my shipments today are between 12/14 - 12/18. Obviously the farther you are from me the longer it will take.

Can I get replacement instructions?

Lego offers building instructions for their kits online. Hope this helps.
