I recently started using a cast iron kadhai and it has completely changed the way I cook. The heat retention is excellent, allowing for even cooking and perfect browning. It’s ideal for deep frying, sautéing, and slow cooking traditional curries. Unlike non-stick pans, it adds a natural rustic flavor and improves with use. Yes, it's a bit heavy and needs seasoning and proper care, but the durability and performance make it worth it. Great for health too, as it naturally adds some iron to the food. Highly recommended for authentic Indian cooking lovers!

Very bad quality tawa, it claims to make good dosa, even after following their steps given in the video, it does not work well, the dosa sticks to it and the tawa gets rust as well. Oil or ghee keep on running here and there on tawa, highly disappointed with tawa with respect to assurance and price. Also, no warranty is given on the product, how will we know about the product without using it.

Iron Tawa is a wonderful product to have for amazing dish like dhosa and chapati , rotti etc , quick response of dish , product very heavy and taste was super , it was easy to clean and soft dhosa for cooking in a sec , heat distribution super , value for a money , well iron coating with content

Its working great and pan qas sturdy and heavy too.Initially dosa was stuck to the pan but after seasoning with oil and using onion while poring dosa butter its pretty easy to remove dosa after adding and once it was seasoned well its pretty easy to use as dosa easily coming off of the panIf you haven't used iron/ cast iron pan you need a little practice to use thisAnd due to think iron heat stays in the pan when we poured a dosa butter into while my previous aluminum non stick pan cooled when adding dosa into itAnd its easy to clean also but after heavy cleaning you need to reseason it

It is good. Even after watching so many videos and used it carefully. Be it seasoning or washing and handling carefully. It got little bit rusty.Rest all fine

This cast iron tawa is really good quality and feels strong and durable. It heats up evenly and makes crispy, perfect dosas every time. The free wooden spatula is also a nice bonus. I love that it’s toxin-free and works on induction too. Definitely worth the price if you want healthy and tasty cooking!

It's completely waste product ..it's not in round shape it's surface up and down and dosa are not coming properly...it's consume lot of oil ...completely waste of money ....they give hype on product marketing not in making process...I wasted my money
