Very good alternative to sleeping pills
Ideal if you are restless at night but do not want to take sleeping pills. It helps you fell asleep even if you have to wake up after 2/3 h. No groggy feeling, no dépendance to it. I highly recommend

Melts in your mouth quickly, easy to consume but not helpful for enhancing sleep quality as described. Do give it a try, may work out differently for you
