Complete Nightmare
Where do I begin???? First of all, it is not wifi ready, as stated in description. Second, it also does not connect via usb - bad port on printer?? Third, paper jams each and every time attempting to copy double sided. Fourth, since not actually connected to my computer, I need to scan to a flash drive, which it doesn't register the drive in the port half the time. Fifth, HP told me that it is out of warranty and has been for some time AND they no longer support this model product.I have spent hundreds more with personal IT support, usb and ethernet cables, to try and help me rectify this situation, only to have zero resolution other than it is a LEMON.One plus is that it does make really nice colored copies, however, fifth, the toner cartridges are super expensive!In closing, I really wish this works for what it supposedly made to do, but it does not. Highly disappointed!!!
