Good stuff

I am very picky when it comes to dark chocolate and have been ordering artisanal 100% dark chocolate (Antidote) for years. Recently they have been out of stock on the 100% dark chocolate bars so i had been searching for a comparable alternative. Decided to take a chance on these and very happy that I did! These dark chocolate bars are very smooth, taste great for a full dark chocolate bar and arrived in tact (not melted). Very happy and would recommend for those super dark, no sugar chocolate connoisseurs!

Very bitter taste. I didn’t expect sweet but this is more bitter than I expected. Won’t buy again.

Chocolate is delicious, no questions, but it comes as one big piece. You can’t break it by pieces. It’s one solid piece. So when you try to cut or break a small piece it all shredded in small or big pieces leaving a lot of chips. I’m on strict diet and I just can’t get precise weight. The other chocolate companies have one piece that divided in small pieces, that very easy to break. That is not the case with this chocolate.

I am a Cacao expert when it comes to taste and content and I am here to tell you...This is far beyond any other Cacao I have ever tasted... in TASTENo Bitterness actually naturally lightly sweet taste...The Best I have ever tasted so Far!!And as pricing goes less then other competitors and tastes far Better!

It rated the highest metals in testing a wiping 845 the highest there is from Columbian soils..not safe!
