Perfect ! NOT JUST FOR KIDSGot these for my son a few years ago and I noticed it was the perfect dose that he needed to get his Vitamin D # up on his labs so I decided to try it for myself because mine was low too.I had been purchasing a few different more fancy & expensive brand for adults with higher dose but no luck till I tried these!Started giving them to my elderly aunt and uncle they are in their late 80's and struggle with going outside so no way to get them Vit-D from the sun and they take way too many pills as it is . These two love the VitD &K2 chewable .Taste great , and one less pill to swallow is a plus. Our children have been taking this particular D3 + K2 supplement for about two years. Lab work has shown a notable increase in their Vitamin D levels since before they started taking this brand. We used to give them a gummy brand of Vitamin D supplement and their levels were still low, the only supplement change we made was switching from that to this (they still take the same daily multivitamin which does contain some Vitamin D). It tastes good and is easily consumed. A winner for my 5 kiddos who brave Alaska winters and need their vitamin D! We are a Messianic family and its hard to find vitamins that have biblically clean ingredients and are affordable. These are the most affordable, biblically clean vitamins I've found. Besides Uncle Moishe, but the shipping on those kills me. I am so glad to have found these, they have solved my vitamin dilemma!

Helps the kiddos with the growing pains!We've added these to our 11 year old twins' morning routine to help with the dreaded going pains and general soreness from active soccer life. They both agree they have less leg cramping after having taken these for the last few months.Excellent customer care and product presentation.The girls have mixed feelings on the flavor, but not a deal breaker.

We use the D3 chewables, D3 and K2 chewables, and the childcalm chewables. My kids love the taste, and we rarely get sick… not one sick day for either of my 2 kids this past school year! Living in the northeast, it’s hard to get enough sun in the winter. These vitamins keep everyone healthy! I highly recommend any of the Zahler products.

I’ve been using these for years for my kids (now ages 7 and 4) They love taking them. They think they taste like candy. I swear they make a difference with their immune system. It’s hard to find a kids product with K2. Great price.

My child loves the taste of these. I make sure to give it to her with milk in the morning. I like that this includes K2 to help the absorption of calcium. Also this is such a great price!!
