It was amazing holding something so old on my hands. I studied anthropology and History in college and to hold a piece of our world's history...knowing that somewhere back on the depths of time, one of my ancestors held one of these coins thousands of years ago, or ones just like it, it just humbling

Super neat coins. They're alittle smaller than I expected but super cool. The detail in some of them was astonishing.

Coins were in decent condition, imprints were visible, but not perfect, so don't expect perfect condition. But overall I was pleased with my purchase.

I gave this one star because they wouldn't let me do 0 Stars. Not one of the coins I received are distinguishable from a knock out slug from an electrical box. They are completely blank and smooth. If I saw these on the street, is leave it where it was. I received Higher Quality old coins from DIRTY OLD COINS when you could buy a bag of 10 old Roman, Greek, and Persian Coins. You clean them yourself. Out of 10 coins, I got 6 widows mites, 1 excellent condition Roman coin of VALENTINIAN 2 , I think he ruled from 347-324 BCE. Two of the coins were in rough condition and 1 was silver. There was 1 that had the most beautiful patina I've ever seen. I will never buy anything from these people.

I was expecting larger coins 🪙

Very cool way to touch the past! A nice collection of coins from Greek/Roman antiquity through the Middle Ages (circa 400 BCE to about 600 CE). I use these in my humanities classes. These coins are the oldest things my students have EVER come in contact with. They get to touch them, examine them, see the details of the imprints of images/emperors on them, and see the Latin inscriptions stamped on them. While the coins are not necessarily rare or costly, the opportunity to see and touch these artifacts of the past is where the value is. Definitely worth the price.

I purchased these coins for my husband as a gift and he loved them. History is a huge interest for him and these coins were like holding a piece of history in his hands. They are real and very old, so some of them are worn—as expected. They even smell old, so you know it’s real. Every coin is unique yet we were able to identify them using an ancient coin book we purchased separately. It’s surreal to hold something that people held in ancient times and marveling at all of the things that could possibly have been bought with them. Amazing! He will cherish these forever.

Pretty disappointed in this PARTICULAR item. Otherwise a good store . The images in the coins are totally washed out. No value of a coin for a collector. Can't even read what is written or what figure is there. Not returning it because it would cost me more to go to the post office to return. Money I guess is wasted.
