CHEDA Fender Flares, Compatible with 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 Ford F150 SVT Raptor, Factory Style Wheel Cover, FO1268100 FO126910

The fender flares add so much to our older low-mileage red Ford pick up. They cover some rust, fit well, and were simple for an employee at a local garage to install. He did an excellent job and the pickup looks so sharp. The price was reasonable for both purchasing as well as installing them. They are much cheaper than the $6,000 price quoted by a dealership to remove the rust and repaint them.

OK so I had read a lot of reviews and both were negative and good what I have learned is that if you do not screw these on, then just don’t buy them if you’re not mechanically inclined to line up a simple piece of plastic to your fender, then don’t buy them The product is very nice. I have repainted it and put it on my truck to cover up the rust and it did its job. I have zero plans 10 stars if I could.

I chose these because they look like some of the factory flares they put on trucks. The stickiness of the tape peeled off with the backing in some spots. The fit looks good from a distance but isn’t perfect up close.

The fitment of the flare itself is fine. There is no flare to body seal provided like most fender flares so you are going to get dirt and water behind these flares pretty quickly which means rust promotion. Next. If you have a 300A trim level 2014 at least (not sure about 2009-2013) your fender will not have the metal tab part where a factory flare would mount. there may be as many as 3 points these metal tabs with holes should be. I have none on my fenders because the fender wasn't designed to receive factory flares. Amazon confirmed fit but, I am sure they were unaware of this as the company probably was. What is not cool though is even though they are accepting return, they are not paying for return shipping which in this case, I think is unacceptable. Hopefully this changes since I have already lost out for the original shipping cost. Take a look at your fenders. If the enlarged areas with a hole in the center is not part of the inner edge where the clips go, you will not be able to mount this Fender Flare set.

Clips they supplied are junk. I used black head self tapping screws and got it secured in place very well. The 3m tape very a good job as long as you properly prep the surface. I used finger nail polish remover, then let the fenders air dry for 20 mins then installed. They have been through multiple car washes and have not budged.

Installed correctly per instructions, The next morning when I arrive to work I was missing one on the front. It does state not to get wet for 24 hours, Even though it was hot and sunny the evening I put it on, we had a rain shower sometime during the night. I'm unsure if that caused the issue, but at least I have three out of four still!

I did order these for my Ford raptor SVT they do not fit on Ford raptors. I had to return them but the quality of the product is real decent but these only fit F150s.

The quality of the fender flares actually surprised me. They fit perfectly. Look like OEM installation. I would purchase again.
