Glad I bought this fountain in November 2023 when it was $100 less than the current price. I've had our fountain outside just below a huge maple tree next to our front deck. It's a beautiful fountain. The one thing to be noted, is the water flow from the pump, even at a low flow setting, you're going to lose water due to the constant splashing. So be sure to check the water level at least every couple of days. Another thing we do, is during the winter months with the constant frigid temperatures, we syphon all the water out of the fountain and remove the pump to keep any freezing of water in the pump or water lines to avoid cracks that would cause leaks.. Plus we cover the fountain to protect it from the winter elements.

We really like this fountain in our yard. It is bigger than expected; so be sure to measure. It works well, seems well made and is reasonably realistic. It looks durable too. No problems setting up and getting it to run.Once set up we realized the “back door “ was missing. Messaged the company and they sent one out as soon as we provided proof of delivery.No leaks and not too noisy. Motor is silent, just the water falling makes noise, which we like to hear at night!Also not too expensive for what it is.

We love this product and the customer support is amazing. I recommend this product. I had an issue with the first order and contacted the customer support, they were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Looks lovely next to our stone retaining wall. So far, no leaks. Birds and chipmunks drink from it. The light is a soft glow at night.

Absolutely beautiful and sounds great! I have people all the time commenting on this beautiful waterfall. The pump didn’t last too long (a year) but I just went to Lowe’s and bought a new one for 50 bucks and it’s running great again.!

I’m really happy with this artificial fountain! The size is just right—not too big or too small, giving off a very natural look. One of my favorite things about it is the sound of the water—it’s incredibly soothing and relaxing, perfect for creating a calming atmosphere. I also appreciate that the water flow is adjustable, so I can change the strength depending on the mood or setting. Overall, it’s a lovely addition to my space!

WASTE OF MONEY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Bought this fountain last summer. Within four weeks the paint started peeling and flaking. Contacted the company and they suggested that I buy their touch up paint but when I tried to order it through them it was out of stock at Alpine as well as here on Amazon and at all three major hardware stores in our area. I had the fountain stored in our garage wrapped in a tarp all winter and when I took it back outside this past month, the remaining paint had flaked off entirely. I now have an almost entirely off-white fountain with no paint on any of the “rocks”. I contacted Alpine again and they are still out of stock of their touch up paint and I asked for an exchange which they are refusing to do because I bought their fountain through Amazon.If you’re going to take a chance on this (which I suggest you don’t), I would suggest being ready to return it to Amazon as soon as even a little paint starts peeling and be aware that Alpine willtake no responsibility for their product if you buy it through Amazon.
