Works perfectly for my ASUS TUF gaming monitor since I lost my original power cord in storage

I have a very good monitor that was missing the power cord. I ordered this one based on the make and model number from Amazon. It works well with my monitor so I’m back in business.

This product does what it is supposed to do. After 11 years the ASUS adapter for my MS228bit the dust, and I didn't want to purchase a new monitor. Purchased Power AC adapter to make sure the monitor wasn't toast and this adapter revived my monitor for less than $20. It is packaged well and is more substantial than many of the other Adapter listings on Amazon. As a bonus, it has a 2 year warranty

My Asus PG278Q wasn't turning on properly. It would either not turn on, display a messed up static-like image, or power on for a second and turn off. It would take 10-15 minutes of unplugging and replugging for it to work. So, I purchased this to see if it would help, and it did. My monitor works normally now.

After buying a used Asus monitor with the incorrect transformer, bought this. It works fine, but the blue light on the transformer is annoying and unnecessary. I really don't need to know whether it's powered. I can turn on the monitor for that. And it's a waste of energy; I don't need a night light. Giving 4 stars because it works, and the length of cable would allow me to put the monitor far from the outlet, though I'd never do that.
