I just brought this slash machine 'follow every instructions 'but the time I tried it 'failed to start'lost money for it

after a long time waiting for this item finally we got that, but not working....!

Quisiera contactar con el proveedor ya que no funciona, siguiendo las instrucciones no queda y ya no funciona el equipo, la segunda ves dejo de funcionar.

Don’t buy. Does not work at all

Little tricky to figure out how to use at first. Also could not find the cord! My 14yr old found it underneath in a compartment towards the back. Having said that.... this Slushie maker worked amazing!!!!! I am so happy with my purchase! I used 2 cans of Pepsi & that was enough for 2 1/2 average sized cups. My 14yr old girls had a cup each & then there was a small cup that my husband had. They were all amazed at how good it tasted!!!! Clean up took less than 5 minutes. Just quick rinse. Only thing I wish is that you could use diet or sugar free drinks, as I cannot eat/drink sugar myself. But I understand that is just a chemical reaction. I may try a fruit slushie with watermelon or strawberries, as that is natural sugar. But 2 thumbs up from me!!!!
