Shavuot Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper Powder 1.3oz (Pack of 1)

Very spicy!

I'm a Caucasian woman who loves to cook, and loves to make many cultural cuisines. And I love heat! I make many Jamaican, Korean, and Haitian dishes. I live in Alaska and have very limited options for hot peppers/scotch bonnets. THIS IS MY GO TO NOW! It keeps fantastic. You can control your heat. Overall, one of my new very favorite spices! (My husband can take heat, he has said a few times I've overdone it though. So know it's hot. Don't over shake!).

Real taste and holds up better than real pepper which molds if you don't use within days. I still use the store bought pepper and use this as back up.

Quick fix if fresh is not available

I love the authenticity of this product, it is great quality however, the bottle was sealed but not full. There should be a better quality control. I bought two new bottles and if they still come half full, I will contact the manufacturer because this is not right. I gave it a 4 stars only because of this issue.

Just as advertised-"Jamaican Hot"! Which l like, not for folks with low pepper tolerance.
