It works
It is the genuine thing, I use it as a moisturizer on my face and also on my arms and legs for my psoriasis.

Waste of money
I have had psoriasis my whole life. I have been able to maintain it with OTC creams and Dead Sea salt baths however the past year nothing worked and I had a horrible flare up. Tried this and it has done NOTHING to help. I have been using it for 2 months and no change at all, in fact, I think my psoriasis has actually gotten worse. Finally went to dermatologist and getting started on Skyrizi.
