Muy buen producto pero hay que cuidar mucho el acomodo para que no quede apretado

PER THE REVIEWS. the user has to take their time. IF you want a think guard vs the bulky rubber ones this is it. the semi tricky part, i am using mine, as a lower piece. you yes have to place it in warm/hot water as the instruction says (a coffee maker water is hot enough) let it flat guard out of the box soap for maybe 30 sec. then the user needs to find the center of the unit n then byte down.. tricky part. use your hands thru your outer cheeks to press down to fold the unit over the outer teeth lines. n make sure you use your fingers to press on the lips on the front teeth to have smooth fit on the front the so the unit doesn't pooch. n pinch the inner gum.. the other part at the same time.. is use your tongue to fold down the unit flange over the inner roll of your teeth once this done.. then suck down on the unit like sucking of a lemon or orange wedge. this action will draw up the mouth piece over the grooves n peaks of the teeth to have a tight fit.. it took me 3 times to work out the pooch on the front teeth and the 2nd try to fold down over the inner roll of teeth. the pin holes helps in the fold process no bubble factor as the user sucks down on the unit for the final fit

I can already tell this is going to work for me. I needed the slimmest nightguard I could find because I want to wear it during the day. I clench my teeth constantly as a bad habit that I can’t stop. This is thin enough I can wear it whenever I need to. It’s not uncomfortable like the other one I bought from Walmart. I actually like it more than my professional night guard because it’s thinner. I’m sure I’ll wear through this and have to buy another but it’s worth it to stop messing up my teeth. I had no issues forming it by following the instructions. The temp was probably more like 180 and I waited till it turned clear. It wasn’t overly hot when I placed it. I had to hold som off the molar area onto my teeth till it molded.
