Acme Made Montgomery Street Sleeve for 11-inch laptops (Grey) (AM36517)

Just received this sleeve (olive green) and wow the quality is superb, this is definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" moments. Yes, it's somewhat pricey at $40 USD but it's worth it for me. I bought this for my 13" Macbook Air and the fit is perfect, not a super tight fit as this case is also meant to fit the Macbook Pro but the Air doesn't bounce around in it either. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a little pouch on the side not pictured on the website which fits my Nexus 9 nicely even with the Air in it. Overall, its seems like it has a durable exterior and a soft interior with padding. I plan on using it frequently when I go back to school in a couple months. Buy it now!

I bought the Montgomery Street for my MacBook Air 13 in. and it fits like glove. The sleeve has a very slim profile, even though it’s well cushion on the inside. It has a zipper that snaps closed. I can’t imagine that it is needed, but never the less very cool. The side pocket isn’t very big, but I didn’t buy it to be bulky so I wouldn’t put to much anyway...This is my third purchase of an Acme product. I only wish they still made iPad cases.

I was looking for a sleeve for my 15" MBP that would protect my laptop, look stylish, was well-crafted and durable, and was low-profile enough to fit in my bag without too much bulk. This fit all of the above criteria perfectly.The storage space on the back is a slit that opens to a pocket about 9.25" deep by 8.75" wide. It fits the MBP power cable nicely (even with the longer adapter) with room to spare. The snap button on the zipper to prevent it from flapping around when closed is a nice design touch. You can tell they've thought through the details.Highly recommend!

I bought it for a Asus G550JK and it's a few millimeters too small, and since it won't strech at all, there is no way this laptop (or the similar Asus N550JK) could have fit. However, my friend has a pre-retina MacBook Pro 15 and it fits very well.That said, it's a very well made and good looking sleeve and it offers great protection.

Took me months to find something that would work for my MBP 13"retina. It still has 1inch space on top but that is ok. It is definitely water resistant (probably one step beyond resistant) and looks really cool and well made. Slides right into all the laptop sleeve compartments of all my bags. The felt inside does not give way in the sense that I never find fibres on my mac. I also store some papers etc. in this. Overall an excellent product! One star less because that 1 inch space still bothers me but I think this is the best MBP retina sleeve out there!

Right off of opening the box, it's exactly how I expected it to be. If you've seen pictures of this case and done your research, you'll know that this is DEFINITELY a 13-inch case. It will not work for bigger laptops. But the 13-inch macbook will fit nice and snug inside of this baby. Also, the interior is very soft and smooth as it should be, and does not scratch the laptop from the inside. The zipper snaps too, which is a bonus. All in all I'm pretty stoked about this purchase, but I will try to update this review once it's broken in.UPDATE (8 Months Later): After using this case for two whole semesters I'm still satisfied with how long it has lasted. The small square on the front of the case that has the logo on it is scratched up a little, but it's really not that noticeable. My macbook air has fit nicely inside and the zippers still work like they did when I first got it. Overall it's worth the money.

OK - this is maybe 3x he price of cheaper cases but it is so much better than cheapo cases. This is double quilted with a top closing zipper. I am not crazy about the olive color (but it was 20+% cheeper than the gray case). It looks like it will last and offer good protection. So, invest the money and get a great case.

Extremely happy with this case. Was looking for (1) a contemporary look and color, (2) a snug protective fit, and (3) thick padding for protection for my new macbook air 11 inch. It fits like it's tailor-made. No strap as I carry this in another bag/purse. It ticks all 3 boxes and the textured fabric on the outside is a bit grippy and very sleek looking. Highly recommend.

Great product! It looks so sleek and just so practical! I’m usually the one to put my bag on the floor when carrying my laptop without realising so this has been a life saver! Love the pop of green on the inside.
