Works good so far first ZTE phone I've had. I had a Moto G6 before this and to me this immediately out of the box is much faster and love the screen for sure. Like the amount of internal storage and the fact that this phone recognizes external flash drives even a usb hub to transfer files and such with. Great phone for the price so far.

Purchased this refurbished "like new". Showed up in the old, original box which itself had looked chewed by a dog or walked on. The phone was thrown in a box with the old owner's nasty old phone case. Overall, sketched out. Other reviews mention it not working for the carrier I needed. Phone itself looked okay, just not going to bother.

Screen quality is beautiful. Battery life is fantastic, my old phone used to be around 20 by the time I got home from work, this one is still at 80-85. This phone doesn't have a fingerprint reader, it has a code lock. I would recommend the phone with one warning, it doesn't come with instructions in english. You basically figure things out on your own. I haven't found a way to change the ringtone and the one that is present is too low for me. The instructions not in english could be because I got the international version but I would think it still should have them in english if they are selling it in the US.All things considered I like the phone. I'm glad I bought it.

This phone does not work with Net10 service or with Verizon Pay as you go service. Not sure about others but trust me, it's not worth spending the money for this phone. Going to try and return it since it doesn't work for me on either of my plans.

This phone is either not compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile, or Straight Talk.. or Q-Link wireless(GSM) or is not actually unlocked. Either way, I can't use it with any service, all SIMs come up Emergency Calls only. Extremely unhappy the return process is too difficult- refunds should not be difficult to charge back to the payment source but store credit is the only choice that is not too time consuming. Now I need to wait until this phone is returned until I can purchase another, hopefully actually unlocked phone... on Amazon. Thanks for the blatantly false advertising wasting my time as well as the vendor's time and money. Also, it is actually 64GB of storage and is otherwise a nice phone but you can't activate it with any of the carriers suggested.

Llegó un día antes de lo estimado y podría decirse que el envío fue muy eficaz ya que llegó al segundo día después de haber realizado la compra (haber pedido el teléfono), cumple con las características mencionadas, se me hizo un buen producto para para su precio, para concluir me ha sido de gran utilidad para la escuela ya que actualmente me encuentro estudiando en la universidad...

Llegó un día antes y hasta la fecha ninguna queja o falla
