Bought for my husband. This was his dream Gundam build. He was very careful and took his time. It proved difficult when he was building the torso and he accidentally tore the delicate LED strip. It was a very sad day for him, but he built it to completion. Still a very nice figure, but doesn't fully light up like it should. These kits should come with extra LED strips, as I have heard that he is not the only one this has happened to. Very common occurrence. So I'm writing this review for future purchasers to be oh-so-careful when building this beautiful and expensive figure! Good luck!

This kit has been my holy grail for years, pretty much since it was originally released. It’s pricey, but it shows in the build. This is easily the best Unicorn mold that exists, and is vastly different from the other MG Unicorns. Tons of extras (weapons, MS Cage, etc), tons of decals, and when it’s all done and you finally light it up… nothing else like it. I would definitely only recommend this kit to experienced builders as the LED strip can be quite delicate and you need to follow the instructions to a T.
