This stuff is pretty good! Luckily it's the first brand I ever tried, and the quality is reflected in the price. I eyeballed the preformed little discs on amazon, and a few of the other regular resin in small jars, but this one seems to have the best reviews. Word to the wise (for the boldly impatient ones hahaha) don't waste your time dissolving this in water. Get a serving, eat it off the utensil-of-choice (I like knives because the flat shape makes it easier to get most off), and allow the little wad of goodness dissolve in your stomach. Anything left on the knife I just consume like a lollypop. Is it a little bit bitter and unusual tasting? Sure. But so are most supplements. I guess it helps that I enjoy chewing tobacco with stout flavors (Swedish General Snus that's you <3) so to me the flavor of the shilajit resin isn't too bad. And again, word to the wise: even though you may eat it off of a utensil, putting water in your stomach may help it 1)dissolve and 2)mitigate some potential stomach upset. Again, the idea is to circumvent the timely process of swirling it around a glass. We're not here to omit ingredients, just move the swirling process elsewhere. don't forget your water ;)

Wow, this is a really good And cost effective alternative for Pure Black. I had my doubts but I’m pretty happy with this brand. IMO Pure Black does give me 30% more Energy using a smaller dose but I just can’t See myself spending nearly $100 for 1/3 of the product that I get with Pure Shilajit. If PS gets me 70% where I need to be then I’m good with that. As With all Good shilajit, if you are sensitive, DO NOT TAKE AT NIGHT. You’ll be Calmly up All night. Also, the taste is quite terrible - take a small spoon full of honey before and after to help with the taste.

I’ve been purchasing Shilajit for the past 5-10 years. This is my favorite brand and form (resin) to purchase. In general, Shilajit offers me and my son’s increased energy and raises our chi (sex energy). The current jar I received was softer with a higher viscosity than my previous jars. We prefer to roll our Shilajit into small pea sized balls and take them like “pills”. This batch also had a slightly different flavor. I was more salty than bitter and smoky. I reached out to the company to give them my feedback and to inquire if this was normal. They quickly responded and informed me that the variations I noted were normal because different batches come from different mountains. Then they went “above and beyond”. They researched the batch I previously received and offered to send a new jar of it to me FREE OF CHARGE. I quickly accepted their offer. Once I sent them my address, they (Natasha) confirmed that they would be sending 2 additional jars of Shilajit. One from a previous original batch and another from their “newest” batch for me to compare. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by their generous and uncommon offer. I’ll definitely be purchasing more Shilajit from this company in the future.

I love this product! AND it smells and tastes awful! But...It has helped me get off of B12 shots. I believe it works by optimizing the minerals you are missing. So it helped me feel better up to the point that the missing minerals were being replaced. I have a lot of health issues so improving even one of them is a good thing. There is no way I can just put this into a liquid of any kind and drink it. It smells and tastes like I imagine tar tastes like mixed with a little turpentine for top notes. Ugh. So...I decided since it comes from the tops of mountains it couldn't hurt it to freeze it. I take a small amount out with the point of a sturdy knife (no small feat as it is, well, thick as tar and as sticky) and form into little balls on waxed paper. I then freeze them and put them into a plastic container after frozen. Then every morning I pop one in my mouth and drink it down quickly. Yay! No taste, well very minimum taste anyway. This stuff is hell getting out of the jar, BTW. The jar is attractive with it's angled corners but impossible to get all the "primordial ooze" out of it. Melting in a pot of simmering water helps but it would really help if the jar was round. Enough complaints. From research on the web, I find that this seems to meet all the criteria for a good Shilijit. Black, tar like and melts completely in water with no residue left over. Highly recommend. Update: It's been several years I've been using this now as I age. I have definitely noticed a big improvement in my brain function when using that goes back down when I don't. Still hate the jar though. LOL.

If this “Shilajit” raisin shows this positive effect on health as they say in most of videos, then, it’s a must have natural extract 👍🏼 Package and product are genuine, the product origin is Siberia. 🙏
