Great if you don't need D3
The vitamins are great and if you do not need Vitamin D3 they are perfect. If you need D3, then you might need a vitamin with D3. This works great for me

No Vitamin D!
It is quite hard finding calcium tablets with no Vitamin D which are the ones I needed. These are a little large but well coated so easy to swallow.
