Q: Will it work for dell ultrasharp u3415w 34-inch curve led-lit monitor?

It should. I have to 34” LGs. The VESS mounts should be fine. The issue i had is the pistons in the arms didn’t even remotely work to hold the weight. The monitors are UNDER the listed lbs “supposed” to be supported by 3 to 4lbs per arm, yet the mounted arms fell down like led weights and do not hold the monitors in the air - very disapppinted. I called and emailed the co. to report the issues They only told me to tighten the hex screw, i had already done to to their max tightness, to no affect or help. Maybe yours will actually work

You can adjust on the fly whenever needed

Q: Does this work for dell se2419hx monitor? we couldn’t find a spot on the monitor to fix it

The arms attach to the monitor with four screws. If there aren't four holes on the back of the monitor, or an optional vesa mounting plate that came with the monitor, then the arms cannot be attached to that monitor.
