I love Palmers. I used several of their products. My hair is a 2B texture and elbow length. I've used Palmer's shampoo and Conditioner with Cocoa Butter for years. I use the Deep Conditioner once a week when I deep clean my hair. It leaves it feeling soft and smooth with good slippage. When I don't use it for a while my hair tangles more. I run a palmfull through my hair then comb it through with a shampoo brush. Then I leave it on while I finish my shower. I rinse it out while gently brushing from the scalp to the tips. It hasn't failed me for years. The price is amazing and the product superior. I really appreciate that it's made cruelty free as well.

I have bought two of these and need another one. I love this as a weekly treatment in my hair. I have very damaged hair from bleach and this is a huge moisture boost for my ends. I keep buying it because it’s cheap and works as intended. Also the smell is amazinggggggg

I bought this bc of my many experiments with hair color and bleach. After the first application the hair feels softer already. It's great for helping restore protein loss in the chemical processes and cheaper than the famous bond repair one. My hair is wavy 2b/c and loves this. The smells is also really nice. Its not thick like a butter but thicker than a conditioner. If you use this and your hair feels worse after, you probably don't need a protein mask but a moisturizing one. They're not the same.

As a Black/Hispanic woman with 3b/3c hair and mixed porosity, I had high hopes for this deep conditioning mask, especially given the glowing reviews. The mask is very thick and creamy. I applied it after shampooing and conditioning, following the instructions that recommend adding heat for a deeper treatment. I used a hooded dryer with a plastic cap for about 20 minutes, although adding heat isn’t necessary, just recommended. Despite these efforts, my hair felt dry after rinsing, which was quite surprising. I appreciate that Amazon and the seller allowed me to return the product, so I’m giving it 4 stars. While this mask didn’t work for my curls, it might work for others with different hair types. It’s reassuring to have the option to return it if it doesn’t work for you, as not every product is a match for everyone’s hair. Overall, I’m grateful for the return option and hope it works better for others.

It smells good and it works

I color my hair often and usually don’t do much more than shampoo with a 2 in one shampoo (shampoo and conditioner). Decided I really needed to try a deep conditioner. I am so glad I did. This conditioner is amazing. My hair comes out so soft and manageable every time I use it. I treat my hair at least 2 times a month with the deep conditioner I between regular shampoos. Would definitely recommend. Smells great!!

This by far is my favorite product I use after I shower. It makes my hair soft and hydrated.

Great product. Love it. Do wonders to my natural hair.
