MISSHA Air in Puff [Blue 4P]

Unfortunately, when I received my product I found that this air puff is a counterfeit, most likely from China. I'm a long-time customer of Missha products, normally I buy from the official Missha website. I needed another air puff and saw this deal on Amazon for a pack of 4. I read the reviews and saw in one of the reviews that someone posted a photo of the puff that was authentic.If you notice in the picture I posted, the "A" in MisshA has a cross across the A. The normal brand does not have that line across the "A." I also noticed a strange chemical odor along with the hardness of the puff. The authentic one is definitely not as stiff and the foundation should mid absorb into the air puff. This one did not do that and most of the foundation remained on the top of the cushion. I know better next time and will be ordering this from the official website.

At first, I loved these puffs. I thought they applied my makeup so well. BUT, after a couple days of using them, I got an allergic reaction to these puffs. I have been using the same skin care routine and makeup products for almost a year and I’ve never had a bad reaction to them. My skin was actually completely clear for months! But somehow, these puffs irritated my skin so badly and so quickly. Maybe theres a powder applied to them or a chemical to make them softer but whatever it is, it hurt my skin soooo badly. I have sensitive skin so if you also have sensitive skin, PLEASE DO NO PURCHASE. Whatever chemical or product thats applied to these puffs did MAJOR damage to my skin. BE AWARE!

makes your foundation look airbrushed. protip: wet your puff, wring it out, drag the foundation to get into your pores, then pounce it out. makes it look airbrushed! i had a beauty blender and that thing was such a pain. this gives you the same results and you get 4 of them and the last forever!

I bought this air puff to use with a cushion compact I use for my foundation cos I needed a new one. I have used off brand air puffs before & didnt really think it made a difference whether I bought a brand one, but actually there is a difference. This puff is durable & sturdy, which I love. The previous one I used ripped very quickly. The main difference I saw was in the application. I was so surprised to see the missha puff apply my make up so effortlessly. You get a very nice and natural blend with this puff so I was super satisfied. I feel like this pack of 4 will last me a long time but when I need to restock I will definitely buy them again. :)

It’s exactly as described. I’ve never actually used a beauty blender, so I can’t compare the two. However, I have used foundation brushes, and I can say that this definitely applies foundation better. It leaves a completely smooth finish and is soft on the skin. It’s not great for blending around the eye, though, which I’m sure a beauty blender would be better for. However, I like how compact it is and how I don’t need to dampen it before using it (unlike a beauty blender).

I cleaned out the Missha cushion pact and needed a new puff. I figured this set was a good deal, and it is. It feels exactly the same and works much better than the off brands. I don't know the difference between this particular puff and the other well-known brands, but it works as it should. Relatively easy to clean with the right soap (any bar soap) and works nicely when dampened, similar to a beauty blender--maybe not with powder. I clean it after every use (or could alternatively rotate puffs since this is a set) and it holds up well if not rubbed a lot. No complaints.

I do not have the standard MISSHA BB cushion compact, but I wanted to replace the ones I have because it just got so dang dirty. These make for wonderful replacements because they fit perfectly in the compact and they're secure.You could wedge 2~3 fingers under the strap on the velvet puff for security but it's perfect for base makeup. My fingers are not slipping whilst using the sponge and though it's a little difficult to clean it is possible.A solid bar soap and clean water is sufficient for cleaning these sponges (I try to do so every week). They really do feel like velvet and they're capable of covering tricky spots such as my nose or around my under-eyes.

It’s really really soft but has a rly weird smell ...makes me scared to put it in my face and the strap looks like it’s gonna come off . Haven’t used it cuz it just arrived .UPDATE : it’s fine the smell was coming from the bag , the puff smells like regular new item or plastic , but it’s not strong

They work fine, but they're just slightly larger (by a millimetre or two) than the standard size cushion, so my Etude House and Pony Effect compacts will not close with one inside.
