Do you make this line I better quality and same bright yellow in 4wt forward floating

Piscifun does make a WF-4F, Weight Forward-size 4 Floating line that is 90 foot long, as is other weights. And "yes", it is available in Flourescent Yellow. As well as blue, orange, and a few shades of green. For $29 you should try it. You won't be dissapointed.

Looking at purchasing for a 5wt rod fishing mostly streamers. If the line is thinner than advertised would I be better off getting the 6 or 7wt?

Fly lines are standardized, based on the actual weight (in grains) of the first 30 foot of line. Rod maker design to these standards. If you have a 5 weight rod, a 5 weight line is perfect and the first 30 foot shouuld 124 grs, to 146 grains. The diameter really doesn't matter, only the grains in the first 30 foot. This is the standard set by the AFFTA (American Fly Fishing Trade Association). If the line is marked 5 weight, and is not in the spec range it is junk and will not work with your rod as designed.

I ordered a floating wf6 line and am sure thats what I got, but no where on the box or the line spool does it state a floating line. How can I be sure

This line only comes in floating. Also, you can usually tell a sinking line because it will be dark gray. They make it sink by mixing tungsten powder with the line coating material.
