Lasted a year
It's supposed to have a 160 degree high temp. After a year the water comes out at 135 degrees. The original one lasted a decade,

Was a gamble but worked for me!
Used as a replacement for a Robert shaw 66-177-342 R110RTSP natural gas control valve. The water heater was about 20 years old and my neighbor could not afford a new water heater. So, against my suggestion he had me just change only the valve. Was simple to replace and lucked out with no leaks what so ever even at the drain. 3 months later and still working like a charm.

Wires on back broken.
The wires on the back were broken. Insulation worn off of one wire and the other wire cut through.
