Not a durable piece
I bought this piece in July 2021, and on May 2023 the mother board died. If you want a long lasting piece don’t buy this. It’s only good for a short time.

Heavy and often self locked
If you forget to turn off your laptop before close it, it’s gonna lock you out for 2 hours due to multiple failed password attempts. The touch screen does not recognise the difference between human hands vs keyboard. Besides the laptop is very heavy!

Does what it says on the tin
Product is good, worth the price. I wanted to go for i5 or i7 but prices seemed to have shot up recently and this fitted the bill.

No Support!
Pro: Fast laptopCons: Frequently loses the gateway to the internet, and won't load Dell's support assist. Amazon support has not helped. Mobile connect doesn't work either although I get frequent messages to try it. Really wish I had returned this laptop! I should have looked at other reviews before buying as it seems connection to wi fi is a common problem.

Motherboard died after 48hrs
Had laptop 2 days and the motherboard died so I couldn’t charge, switch on or retrieve my data installed. Was given 14 business day to fix or have engineer attend site within 6 working days. Declined both as business critical which is why I paid £50 more than rrp to have next day delivery. Refund authorised by Amazon waiting for pickup. Gone with a Microsoft surface instead as not had a problem with my existing one in 2 years
