I ordered this for my work chair, as those provided by my organization are intended for taller people and I always was perched on the edge of my seat with no support whatsoever.I find this lumbar support cushion very helpful, as it gives me the support I need, and allows me to actually sit up properly, to let my back relax into correct posture. It did take a few days to soften to the contours of my back, and during that time I experienced increased discomfort, but that has since disappeared.I'm satisfied and would recommend this product.

This product is terrible. My husband works for a public transit system and drives for hours. I recently found out that he threw away this product after using it for 2 months. He said that after using it a couple times is flatten out and gave no support. If you’re planning on using this for long term use, don’t bother.
