Very good quality. The waist trainer is a little stretchy to sit well on any curves of yours. It comes with about a 3 inch wide extension strap that’ll latch onto the hooks- if you need to go a little bigger. I’m a size small. My bra size is 32C. US Size 2. I’m 5’4” 110 LBS and I got a size XS. I should have ordered a size S because mine was a little too small for me. Didn’t run into any problems- the extension strap was a life saver :P. I recommend getting this product if you’re looking for something nicely priced and durable. :)

Only down side us that there isnt much(if any) give/ stretch while putting it on. Making it a little difficult to put on.This is the best waist trainer I've ever had. It is very comfortable, does not roll at the top or bottom. It's very sturdy helping with posture and back pain. It looks just like the picture. Highly recommend.

Comfiest waist trainer ever! I do wish it was like an inch or two longer cause I’m 5’2 and it still doesn’t cover everything I want it to.Also, SIZE DOWN! Very stretchy. I got a medium after reading reviews, and probably could’ve gotten a small. I’m usually a 12 in pants and wear a Medium or Large shirt. Overall super solid, wore all day at work with no discomfort.

A good, comfortable (although bending down is as hard as you would expect), slimming waist cincher. The side straps are secured. It has a good length and is tight but not too tight. Worth the price.

I was disgusted with the extra extender having skin flakes on the fabric, thankfully I didn't need to use it. I washed the waist trainer before use. 1st day I was able to fit it on the 1st row, I wore it around the house for couple hours to help stretch out the waist trainer. Next day I wore it on the 3rd row. I was already feeling a bit itchy both times after wearing it on my waist. I washed it again, since I didn't want any of my body sweat or body oil on it. 3rd time I really felt itchy and broke out into a nasty rush that stings & itches for a day in a half. I haven't put it on since the rash worsened. I only wore this for less than 2 wks total to get these issues. Probably less than 2 wks. But I never had this problem with past waist trainers I have worn. This one messed me up bad but bright side it helped my stomach, especially after having a bilateral masectomy almost a year ago. But the fabric really just messed up my skin. I need to go find the waist trainer I bought before since that one didn't make me get a rash at all!! This one definitely helped me with my posture, I could sit and do regular activities, even hooking it to the last row on the waist trainer. It was still flexible for my body, regardless of it being on the last row of hooks. I was still able to eat, do other activities without issues. The only issue I have is it made a horrible rash on my skin....

Super comfy! I’ve been using waist trainers for years and this is probably the best quality that I’ve purchased. The fabric is stretchy but not too stretchy and breathable. The clasps are by far 10/10 and durable. I ordered a size down because my old waist trainer wasn’t fitting snug anymore and I did have to use the extender that was included. I highly recommend this waist trainer. If you are new at waist training tho you should order your actual size becuase it might be too much starting out!

I got liposuction 360. I wear this at bedtime every night cause I can’t wear the daytime one all the time (since it covers the crotch and that’s not healthy 24/7 for the vagina).I’m glad it came with the extender cause after surgery I was on the last hook. I wake up and the swelling above my belly button from the surgery is gone for a little. I took the extender off today and the fit is good. Since I’m not sitting down much in it I’m not having the fold like others are having. But I’m happy with the results I’m seeing!
