CanDo Heavy Duty EVA Foam Roller, Half Round, 6" X 36"

I ordered this because my physical therapist had me using one at my appointments. I do squatting snowboard exercises on it. This one came in on time, Not damaged and is nice and sturdy. I am 190lbs and it is nice and stiff. I place the round side on the ground and stand on the flat side. The flat side has like a nonskid pattern on it which is great for traction on my sockless feet.

Oh my gosh!!!! This has helped with the Achilles Tendinitis I had. I use it nearly every day now, just to keep it from happening again. GREAT STRETCHING item and durable.

I find this half roller works just fine for my needs. I use it to improve my balance and toe grip for dancing Argentine Tango. I wanted a roller that was firm but still had a little give to it. Also, my toes can grip on this roller. There are lots of choices, and I think it depends upon why you are making this purchase. I am happy with my choice.

This is the same one I use in my stretching class. I'm so glad I got one for home use. It's my favorite. I lay on it to stretch my back. I also step on it to stretch my calf muscles. Feels so good.

This half foam roller has helped me rehabilitate a shoulder injury using exercises provide by my physical therapist. I am now able to do the exercises at home as need. Really glad I have this.

I am a Pilates instructor. I use these with my students. Helpful for those that need to work on posture by opening the chest, spinal articulation, and alignment.

Size and density is good. I just thought it had a thicker vinyl coating from the pictures. I'm concerned without the vinyl it may crack. Let you know.

I’ve been under a Physiotherapist’s care since mid- September for a frozen shoulder and back pain. After awhile he put me on a half foam roller and I loved it so much that I also wanted to do it at home. I chose this one based on description & reviews. It’s a lot harder than the one at my Physio’s clinic, but in a very short time decided I like this one better. I just wish it came in more/other colours. ( I’m not a big fan of blue.)
