Hi are these strong enough and thin enough for stainless steel 4 mm jump rings 1 mm wide + clasp + connector!? Terrible time finding right pliers!

In my opinion, these are not strong enough for 4 mm jump rings. I use my exclusively on model railroad equipment. And, sometimes, that is limited.
