The product came in a very great packaging. It just arrived today and I have no complaints about it.

This is the first time I’ve purchased gua sha so cannot compare with other brand.But as seen in the videos available on youtube, this looks same. Good quality stone and delivered in a simple bubble wrap - no fancy packaging which is ok considering environment.I’ve been using it from a month now twice a week with face oil. I can feel a difference to massage it gives. It helps the blood circulation which I can feel and my face cuts and skin is looking enhanced.Making me feel that this is product is not overpriced like other brands due to more publicity.Suggestion: Include a small manual to use your product. That will help for sure.Also there should be an option

I don't know whether it is genuine or not cause this is my first ever gua sha stone. I can see this product is very delicate like a glass and I got this with cute packaging. Very soon I'll update how it's working for me. Thank you the seller n Amazon!
