I have not used it yet. But I had to throw away an old pot (not this brand) when it started flaking. This one was affordable enough and got good reviews so i ordered. This pot is absolutely beautiful! It appears to be well made and sturdy so its beauty is a bonus. I was pleasantly suprised.Update: It works great too. It wiped out easily after making mac and cheese.

Well made pot in sapphire blue. Item comes with lid, very useful for daily cooking. Most pot and pan sets only come with 2 pots,one large and one small, many sets only have one lid for two pots. I often need a third pot for different recipes. This additional pot and lid solves the problem. Appears easily washable and sturdy for many years of use. Loved the blue color. In addition, I have used granite pots and pans for past 2 years. For some reason (not washing) the granite pans tend to retain some cooking smells. This is annoying, but don't think it is harmful. Sincerely appreciate your product.

Very pleased with the Blue Diamond 2qt pot; the quality compares to my Green Pan pots. It looks great and non-stick just as described. This size didn't come in my Green Pan set, for the price difference I gave it a try, glad I did.

The pan is easy to cook with. Food does not stick. Easy to clean. The pot does not scratch, however the finish on the top edge has come off.

This is my favorite sauce pan ! Perfect size and durable.

Just marvelous pots that are unbelievably easy to wash, heat food extraordinarily well!!! .. I have 2 saucepans that are the same brand .. makes my life so much simpler!!

Heats up quick and cleans easily. Nonstick and seems durable.

This pot can take abuse I burned up some noodles in this pot and it didn't look like it did anything. I would recommend this blue diamond pot to anybody.
