Nice but not perfect for me
Very nicely made book. I love the feel of it. It's not really what I needed as there are a lot of pages devoted to health and lifestyle but not for recording my daily diet, etc.

Healthy Lifestyle Jumpstart
If you're looking to be more mindful about your eating routines, this is a great way to do it. It's also packed with lots of little tips and reminders of how to eat the best way for your body. The only thing that I would change is making the journal longer. It's only for one month! Still worth buying the book to start new healthy habits.

I love the beautiful flower designs and gorgeous pictures
After buying the first book written by Jolene Hart it was a no brainer to purchase this journal and it exceeded my expectations. I love the beautiful flower designs and gorgeous pictures. The book helped me look deeper inside my food and really take into account on what I was eating and how it either helped or harmed my body. I can't wait to continue diving into this breath-taking journal and bring it grocery shopping and connect it to Eat Pretty for a well rounded and beautiful life. I defiantly recommend this to those who want to focus on brining out the best in their food because the author gives great suggestions on preparing a well rounded plate for each and every season. She also guides you each and every step of the way. I would say though that if you haven't purchased the original Eat Pretty book, that that would be a great way to start out before diving into the journal!

Full of More Than I Thought
I love this book! I bought it for tracking my meals after my surgery to keep a log of what foods worked best for me and which weren’t the best for me to eat, and the meal log is exactly what I was looking for! The illustrations in this book are beautiful and it provides a lot more information on healthy eating and loving yourself than I thought! It also has many more interactive type journal pages than I first assumed, which was a pleasant surprise. I look forward to reading and reflecting in this and will definitely be using it. A great resource and fun way to track what you’re putting in your body while also learning more about the foods that are best for us and how to be comfortable in our own skin

A Great Live Well Tool
I am in love with the whole Eat Pretty series. The collection of books and the journal have really helped change how I look at food. I love that the journal doesn't just ask you what you ate but also how that food made you feel. There are not many pages for entries so I made sure to write one on a good eating day and one on a bad eating day. This reminds me of how I feel after the bad choice meals and helps me stay on focus. I highly recommend these books to anyone that is serious about nutrition.

Cute book, with good ideas
I got this book because I saw some good ideas in it. I love the design, and the feel of the book. It is helpful but a bit general at times. I'm using what I can from it and think it would be great for somebody just starting out on a healthy eating plan.

Great Journal!
I have Jolene Hart's Eat Pretty cookbook and I have used it extensively. I follow her social media pages as well and love everything she has to say. So it was a no-brainer to get this journal when it came out. It is just as pretty and eye catching as her cookbook. Pretty things motivate me =) May sound funny but it keeps my attention more than a plain black and white print book with no art. The journal is very interactive and the daily food diary is very useful. It may not be enough for the health enthusiast who already knows their stuff but I find it helpful and encouraging for me.

Good read, but repetitive.
I like how thorough the author is with using the ingredients for better wellness and nourishment. I do however wish there were extra blank pages, like an actual journal, to just write in. I feel like the beginning of the book is very repetitive. All in all, it’s a good way to keep track of being mindful with food.

Good journal, but would have preferred it to have more journal pages, not only for a limited number of days. I like the overview over what to get in the different seasons, and the tick-boxes makes it easy to use the journal as part of your daily routine. The space for writing the different meals is a bit small though. I would however, point out that this is yet another book where dairy is dangerous, which I find annoying due to the nutritional values dairy contribute with for those who are not lactose intolerant.

Lovely book!
Lovely book and journal. A lot of information and especially seasonal foods. I really enjoyed this and looks gorgeous on your bedside table also
