I've tried several electrolyte mixes but most come with stevia and after consistent use I noticed it affected my stomach negatively. The monk fruit sweetener works best for me and I love that this product has the few essential ingredients that an electrolyte drink should have that makes it worthwhile. As to the taste, mixed with really cold water it reminds me of a refreshing, tart lemonade. And, of course, you can adjust how much mix you use. Sometimes a small amount is just right for quick hydration. Be sure to mix it thoroughly and if you're using a sealed water bottle, you may find yourself giving it an occasional shake to make sure you get all of the ingredients down to the last drop.

The mango electrolytes are really delicious. I only use 1/8-1/4 of a tsp in a tall glass of water, because the serving size is 2 scoops, which is extremely salty. This makes me feel better when I've been out in the yard working, not drinking enough water, or after a long hike. It makes you feel normal again.

Absolutely love this product! I was looking for a electrolyte without stevia and happened to come across this from my search. I am so glad I purchased and found this product! It's not possible for me to rate the efficacy, quality, or results of using this product. I opened the package, took out the product, immediately and eagerly made a batch...32 oz water, 1 scoop Sacred Eats Electrolyte powder. I thought I'd start slowly and use 1 scoop and work my way up to 3. Expecting a tart (lemon/raspberry) flavor, I enthusiastically took my first sip. OMG! Salt was so overpowering that it almost came right back up. Maybe my palate is sensitive, but I can't imagine how consumers can get past the salt.I don't like to give a negative review when it could just be MY tastebuds. Other reviewers seem to love it. Meanwhile, I'm still searching for the perfect electrolyte formula for me: NO artificial anything, NO stevia, and GREAT TASTE.On the bright side, customer service was fantastic and immediately started a refund.

Perfect. Only monkfruit sweetener, good flavor AND... unlike most other electrolyte drink mixes, it has a RELEVANT amount of sodium. If you are on keto, then you know sodium deficiency can be a problem.

These are sadly absolutely not edible/drinkable. They are the absolute worst tasting electrolyte mix I have ever tried. I purchased them because they are sweetened with monk fruit and not stevia. Unfortunately the only thing you can taste is pure bitterness. You can not mix them with anything either because the bitter sour taste overtakes any flavor. Truly awful and a waste of money. Do not buy.

The owner, Regis, personally spoke with me regarding the electrolytes. They don’t have fillers but the raspberry lemon does have a small amount of maltodextrin. While it shouldn’t harm the “average person”, it did spike my sister’s and my glucose. Regis has said that they are updating their formula in a couple of months so that it will no longer have maltodextrin! A big win! I wholeheartedly appreciate and will continue to support a company that has been as transparent as Sacred Eats!Original review….This pains me to say because I’ve been purchasing these electrolytes for months, but after finding out that LMNT and other companies use maltodextrin and other fillers without listing them, I decided to test this one with iodine and sure enough…it has fillers even though nothing is mentioned. No wonder why my sister and I kept getting sick and having glucose spikes! So sad because I actually liked these!
