I have autoimmune disease and have been on two biologic drugs that are similar to low dose chemo. Needless to say, it has taken a major toll on my hair. im a daily 10k biotin gal for a long time now and these do the trick. they are small and easy to swallow, tasteless and they travel well (they don’t get “melty’) for a soft gel pill. my hair sheds less when i take them regularly, and my nails are stronger. there is a noticeable difference if i skip them for a bit - nails first - get more brittle. thats how im reminded to reorder. do yourself a favor and subscribe and save.

This product is amazing! I seen new hair growth about 30 days after starting it and my hair loss is almost non existent! It’s the smallest capsule ever and does not cause me any Stomach upset like most vitamin type products do. I would definitely recommend!
