I've been buying these for over a year and a half now. I actually started taking them three months before signing up for my first half marathon, keep in mind, I was a total newbie to running at that point. After about a month, I genuinely felt my joints getting stronger. What really stood out, though, was my skin. It looked noticeably nicer, less wrinkly and much firmer. That said, I was also using some retinol at the time, so the improved skin wasn't solely thanks to the collagen. Here's the real test: six months after starting collagen, I got pregnant with twins. Naturally, I worried about ending up with a ton of stretch marks. I wasn’t allowed to use any retinol during my pregnancy, so collagen was the only way I could help my skin from the inside. Not only was this product safe to take throughout my pregnancy, but, believe it or not, I didn’t get a single stretch mark. Of course, I was also diligent about hydrating my skin every day with my regular body cream. So, I can confidently say this collagen works for me. Still, I want to be clear: it’s not a miracle fix. You do need to put in a bit of basic self-care alongside it.

I have taken these for a few weeks now and notice some difference in my skin. Although there is no aftertaste, the taste of the actual capsule isn't pleasant and makes me want to gag. I guess everyone has different reactions to tastes so it might be ok for others. I'm going to persevere until they are gone but not sure I'll buy another bottle.

I’ve been using this brand for collagen 2 yrs I am happy with these my skin feels and looks better taking them.

Reading the other reviews I wonder if I’m particularly sensitive to our senses, as I can taste and smell fish with these and struggle to keep them down. I will persist to see if the results are worth it and I can get used to the taste.

Très efficace, mes douleurs de tendinite se sont vraiment calmées après Jours d'utilisation.

Habe es nun zum wiederholten Mal bestellt, nehme es seit 2 Jahren und hatte seitdem 90% weniger Gelenkschmerzen und bin auch mit meiner Haut und Haaren sehr zufrieden. Habe auch keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Nehme morgens und abends eine Kapsel zum Essen.

i benefici per questa tipologia di integratori non si vedono nel breve periodo, quindi avendo appena iniziato a prenderli non posso esprimere giudizi sulla loro efficacia. Posso però dire che mi sono stati consigliati per la loro qualità, che il prezzo sembra congruo e che non mi danno alcun fastidio/effetto collaterale.

Soucieux de moi, j’ai utilisé ce produit en complément d’autres destinés à une peau plus ferme, et cela fonctionne !! Bon certes je complémente avec du collagène en poudre…mais cela fonctionne bien !!
