Mercer CulinaryZüm Forged Bread Wavy Edge Knife, 8 Inch

Bought this for my partner who is a head chef with 11 years experience. He is delighted with this knife and uses it in his kitchen every day. Very sharp and the grip/hold is really good. Weighted and balanced really nicely too. Would recommend.

Bought this knife expecting the length to be 10 inch but it is only a 6 inch knife as the seller measures the total length of the knife including the handle as apposed to the length of the blade as is the standard way of measuring a knife. So be aware if you are thinking of purchasing this knife it is only a 6 inch knife.

Lovely sharp paring knife with an unusual shaped handle which I like.I have several Mercer brand knives which I find hold their sharpness well
