This product is fairly difficult to put together. But it is well worth it.

The instructions actually say that it's a two person assembly, but I'd say it's a three person assembly and it took the three of us 3 hours to assemble. We are absolutely in love with this sauna and are using it every night! If you have been in the market for an infrared sauna, you can't go wrong with this one.

Okay everyone, after using this sauna for more than a year now I can share some feedback. First of all, sauna is very healthy for you! Infrared sauna is better than traditional. The assembling was a bit complicated as instructions a bit may be confusing. It can be assembled with just 2 people. I was able to do it with my mom. Pros: Gorgeous look, inside and outside. I love going there, turning music through bluetooth and just laying there with 115 degrees. Cons: This was very surprising for me. After more than a year owning a sauna, I still can't figure it out how to use the tv. Nobody can answer my question on how I can use the tv. Second, the panels on the inside, are a super cheap quality, which is a huge dissapoitment for the price they sell this thing. Third, Do not go above 130 degrees. Last winter was quite cold in Cali, and I wanted to stay warm, after raising the temperature to 130 degrees, the whole side turned off. Couldn't figure it out what was the problem, turned out to be the whole system that provides power for the sauna, apparantly it burned out which was very dissapointing. Also, if you're taller than 6 ft, you'll have a problem laying down, as this was made for little people. The mst you can fit here, is 4 people, and it will feel like you're touching each other. So I use it alone. Overall, I'm happy with this sauna, out of 10 I'd give a solid 6. I wish the quality was better, and I had the instructions for the TV.

Have owned one other brand of sauna before this one and this one will be my last it works great quality is great you can buy this product with great confidence that is everything you will hope it to be.
