If you are looking for a healthy, quick, meatless option with protien, this is a great solution. I combine this with a salad. I like the fact that it cooks in 90 seconds and is rated excellent on Yuka. The rice can be a bit dry so i add a bit of sauce to it. Otherwise the chickpeas are on the firm side but plenty of sauce for them.

Quick n easy snackThey’re not hot and spicy so sometimes I’ve been adding chili to them if I want that, but they definitely do have spicES and flavor.I like that it’s so simple, you just literally remove the film and microwave for 90 seconds.As opposed to the similar frozen ones where it takes like 5 minutes and you have to stir halfway between.They’re shelf stable tv dinners and they’re plant based so that’s super convenient for me. Recommend!

I purchased these last week. The calorie count is different. The vegetable biryani I always purchase has a calories count of 286. This is also in the seller’s pictures. However, the ones I purchased last week shows a calorie count of 425.Food Earth: Is the packaging incorrect? What have you added to the recipe that increases the calories by 139?

These are always wonderful but our delivery of latest shipment leaked out of one of the containers.Will NOT buy again.

These taste pretty good but as other reviewers have noted, some of the flavors are mostly sauce with very few beans or chick peas. I don't think I'll be getting them again.

This is good for a quick meal, it was not spicy at all, I like spicy food

We like it! Plus it's healthy! We went ahead and put it in the freezer, not knowing when we would eat it. We unfroze it in the microwave, about 3 minutes and it was excellent.

Described 6 each net wt. 10.58 oz, yet received 6 each 8.81 oz.Not happy.Otherwise I enjoy this product but will purchase elsewhere
