CHALLENGING PUZZLE! We love Disney and Thomas Kincaid paintings. So his puzzle of the Disney Castle was very appealing to us. It is a very challenging puzzle especially the sky. However it has been a great distraction from COVID and great way to turn off the TV and spend time together as a family doing something constructive.

There is an extra piece and a missing piece. During production, there seems to have been a mistake. A missing piece to a puzzle sucks and makes it not a complete items. Disappointed. Took a long time to figure out the puzzle was defective

Love the puzzle! Challenging but fun and beautiful

My mom loves puzzles so I picked this one up for mothers day. While the puzzle itself is great, the box it arrived in was damaged which made the presentation a bit lackluster. Two edges were all dented in and crumpled. But again, the puzzle itself is great, all the pieces are there and it's a quality product.

I never take the time to write reviews, but I was compelled to shout out this product because it came wrapped like a present in wrapping paper, with ribbon, and a cute note! Really put a smile on my face (and my parents' faces)! It's the perfect quarantine activity.

I bought this as a gift for my son in law. He loved it! He’s a big Disney fan and also likes working puzzles. Double win!

I ordered this puzzle for my parents who said it was the toughest puzzle they’ve ever attempted! It was incredibly difficult—especially the sky—but mostly because pieces could fit in spots where they didn’t belong. The puzzle appears to be of good quality and the image is beautiful, but after countless hours of attempting to put it together, they were left with 2-3 openings and pieces that didn’t fit them!! Seemingly, pieces were missing because one was a border piece. Can’t begin to describe how frustrating that is—for my parents who spent so much time attempting this and for me, the purchaser, who bought this at peak price ($40). I figured they could preserve and hang this one when it was done, but rather it will forever remain unfinished. Disappointing.
