What I like about this AC is the no drip which means I don't have to route pipe for water from AC.18k BTU enough for small room. Exhuast needs to be vented properly from window. It's little noisy but bearable else go for split AC.

Very bad product, not working.

Powerful compressor and fan ..can cool in average small room except need a fan to desipite the hot air upper portion of the room..noise at minimum ...beat the heat 🥵 ..

Very good in cooling the room, but there is a problem with the sound, a fairly high compressor
