I'm not sure that I understand your question, but I will try. If you put Corelle in the oven--which you can do to reheat food--you will certainly need protection for your hands when removing it. We make oatmeal in the microwave for breakfast and we can handle the bowls without hot pads if we hold them carefully by the rim. Corelle is an excellent product.

Q: Header says 10.25 inches but features descriptions say 10.75. Which is correct?

The correct size is 10 1/2" across. If it is measured diagonally, it measures 12 5/8".

Q: How deep is the dinner plate? is it flat? also what's the inner diameter to see if i can fit another dinner plate inside

Hi Giselle! The rim is raised about 3/4". The inner diameter of the plate is about 7 1/4".
