A short (29 pages), simple book with common sense advice. It may be worthwhile for those with no Google skills, but it reads like a high school student wrote a pamphlet for health class. The book is hardly "comprehensive" and provided no real “solutions.” The author consistently encourages one to search the internet for options and information, so I wish I’d saved the $8.95 plus shipping to learn how to stop/reduce that ringing in my ears.
