Excellent purchase, large enough to toss a family salad, and a must for making Caesar salad

I bought this as a gift, and they LOVED it. It's the second one I've bought to give as a gift.

I love the bowls from Holland Mills! Tired of glued bowls falling apart... Solid Cherry for an affordable price. The patterns in the wood are amazing. Don't expect an impermeable finish, they don't come that way. Right now I'm using mineral oil to seal them, they soak it up. I hand wash with soap and water. A salad bowl to last for a lifetime. I also purchased the 15 inch version, not quite deep enough to toss a salad if you are as messy as me and are serving more than 2-3 people.
