I’ve been a “steamer” for about 4 years now do you heavy long periods and I’ve been in heaven since!!! However I used a different product called Yoni steam through an independent supplier I’d order from online. My sister always asked me questions about the process and if it helped. I educated her on all that I knew and she then asked her OB/GYN who approved her to use them. She got on Amazon and found this product and gave it a try for the first time and really liked it, the smell of the herbs and the difference steaming makes. I’ve been using this product for 4 months now and it’s the only thing that has regulated my cycles. I steam once per week and this has definitely been one of the best choices I could have ever made. I went from having a cycle every 2-3 months to every month like clockwork. This product is amazing.

I hoped it would smell a little more peachy, it was more herbal smelling. Still worth it.

Love the smell. Can't attest to the great benefits because I didn't really have health issues before. However its such a relaxing smell I enjoy the steams for that reason.
